New Hyde Park, NY (January 2012) — Strut your stuff and walk the red carpet with The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island (RMH-LI)! Join us on March 24, 2012 as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary Gala at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets! The evening will feature an exclusive cocktail hour in the Delta Sky 360 Lounge followed by a full night of entertainment that will sweep you off your feet! The celebration will move upstairs to the Caesars Club, where you will be welcomed by Evolution Productions among other surprise forms of entertainment!
This event is not to be mistaken for an ordinary sit-down dinner. Bring your dancing shoes and your lucky charm because this will be one of the most unique events you’ll ever attend! Whether you’re dancing with Don the DJ, trying your luck at the casino, counting down the seconds until we announce the winner of our Mustang Raffle or keeping an eye on the most exclusive silent auction item you’ve ever seen, this event provides a way for adults of all ages to be involved in this important milestone year! Our expectations for this event promise to play a significant role as we continue to support thousands of families with seriously ill children.
“The energy associated with this celebration is contagious,” said Matt Campo, RMH-LI Executive Director. “Looking Back…Moving Forward is the theme for our 25th Anniversary Gala and we are thrilled to re-trace our footsteps by honoring our Founding President, Lyn Jurick and her fellow Founding Board Members. Join us as we take a walk through history to commemorate this banner year,” continued Campo.
Tickets to this event start at $250 and several sponsorship opportunities are available. For more information or to purchase your Gala tickets, sponsorship package, journal ads or Mustang Raffle tickets, please contact Jeanne Ellis, Director of Fundraising Operations at 516-775-5683 x140 or jellis@rmhlongisland.org.
